Kat, a local actor, producer and writer based in Vancouver, is taking her decade of experience in the entertainment industry and using it to help others succeed with their own experience.



Kris McRonney

Kris McRonney is a Toronto native living in Vancouver and has appeared on CW’s “Arrow” and E!'s "The Arrangement". He also played a lead role in the Frostbite Productions web-series drama “The Last Fall of Ashes”. As a Producer Kris successfully pitched a web-series called “Night Owl High” to TELUS STORYHIVE to Produce the entire series for TELUS OptikTV.  Since then he has Produced short films “Paper Cranes”, “The Things I couldn’t Say”, “Sonder” and most recently Successfully pitched to Crazy 8’s Films and was given the opportunity to Produce “Extra-Ordinary Amy” for Crazy 8’s 2018.

MONSTER, Discovery Network's HOLIDAY ER, UNTOLD STORIES OF THE ER, OUTRAGEOUS BIRTHS TALES FROM THE CRIB, several episodes of RUNNING UP THAT HILL, the short films: SCATTERED, THE SUPPORT GROUP, NOBODY SPECIAL, SUPER-ANON, MIME VS JUNKIE, SEED MONEY, THE HEARTLESS, FALSE AWAKENING, 7 webisodes of VITA BELLA: THE DOGUMENTARY and, TV commercials for Home Life Realty, Red Cross, Suddenlink and, John Casablanca's Institute. Voice Over work includes live and recorded voicing at the Leo Awards, instructional videos for BC's Provincial Health Services Authority, New Immigrant Women's Health, narration for the HIGH STEAKS book trailer, various characters on the RAPCAT THE RECYLERS animation, THE BALLET SLIPPERS narration for an animated children's series, promotional videos / radio commercials for organizations such as Equifax Canada, Tourism Vancouver Island, Family Services of Tulare County, Bridal Fair, BC Podiatrists, Motion Specialties, Westcoast Family Centres, Housers and the Professional Employees Union.


Yvette Lu, 
Actor, filmmaker, and family physician

Yvette is an actor, filmmaker, and family physician in Vancouver, BC, Canada. As an actor, she has appeared on FOX's Gracepoint, BBC America's Intruders, and TLC's Untold Stories of the ER. As well, her films have screened on television and in film festivals across North America, including at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival, the Route 66 Film Festival, and on Shaw Multicultural Channel. On the other side of the camera, Yvette has worked as a producer, director, and/or composer for numerous projects. She produced "Alive and Kicking", a documentary that won Best in Show at the Near Enemy Film Festival in New Jersey. Dr. Lu is passionate about projects that improve health and well-being and has written a research-based play about chronic illness. Rhona Rees, 
Actor, voice artist and content creator

Rhona is an actor, voice artist and content creator with more than 23 years experience in the film industry. She grew up in Australia as a child actor, performing lead roles in series like Ocean Girl and High Flyers. Vancouver-based since 2012 , Rhona was most recently seen guest staring on ABC's The Good Doctor. She currently voices a lead character in Hasbro's Littlest Pet Shop: A World of Our Own and can also be heard advertising brands like Hyundai and Huggies. Rhona is an active member of Vancouver's flourishing indie film community - her work includes webseries The Actress Diaries and Brewstars and this year's Crazy8s comedy hit Shuttlecock. Rhona is proud to be involved with Vancouver Web Fest and hopes it is an opportunity for new collaborations, inspiration and celebration.

David C. Jones,
Public speaking coach

A public speaking coach with his Audience Engagement classes, David is also an actor, director, writer, filmmaker, event producer, and teacher. A graduate of Studio 58 and a teacher at The Vancouver Film School he has acted in plays by Mamet, Coward, Shakespeare and Stoppard. He also works as a corporate comedian and a keynote speaker. He appears in the web-series Wight Space and Star of TherapyUpcoming he is directing the play The Money Shot opening May 2nd and acting in the play Nell Gwynn opening June 1st.
